Bocuse d'Or Europe is one of the continental events of the prestigious Bocuse d'Or contest and includes the competition following which the chefs to participate in the world final to be carried out in two years' time are selected.

'We need a lot of money, many sponsors, the support of the Hungarian Government. It is like a Formula 1 event, there are very clear rules, related to details concerning the size of the tiers, the size of the arena hosting the contest,' Zoltan Hamvas said.
