Greece, Serbia to strengthen cooperation in tourism

ATHENS - The issue of the possibility for development of additional cooperation between Greece and Serbia was only one of the topics discussed in Athens by Deputy Minister for Tourism Elena Koundoura and State Secretary of the Serbian Ministry of Trade, Telecommunications and Tourism Lukrecija Djeri.

During the meeting, the officials asserted the good relations between the two countries and the exceptional cooperation in the tourism sector, Greek news agency ANA reported.

The officials agreed that the newly-opened office of the Greek National Tourism Organisation in Belgrade and the National Tourism Organisation of Serbia are working together on the propositions for improvement of the already excellent cooperation.

State Secretary Djeri is visiting Athens at the invitation by the Greek-Serbian Business Council.
