Trivago: Two Greek cities among the top ski destinations worldwide

Although it is mostly known for its amazing beaches and its idyllic islands, Greece is also a popular winter destination, as a survey conducted recently byTrivago shows.

According to the data released by the hotel price comparison site, two Greek cities are among the top ski destinations worldwide for 2015. More specifically, Kastoria in Northern Greece was ranked 31st on the global list, while Portaria, in Magnesia prefecture, was ranked 33rd.

As expected, the first three places on the list were occupied by established winter destinations, namely Tux-Hintertux in Austria, with a 89.96% popularity rate, followed by the Italian St. Ulrich, and another Austrian destination, Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis.
