Vucic, Cerar attend women's giant slalom at Pohorje

MARIBOR - The prime ministers of Serbia and Slovenia, Aleksandar Vucic and Miro Cerar respectively, attended on Saturday the World Cup Women's Giant Slalom, 51st Golden Fox, at the Pohorje ski center near Maribor.

Vucic and Cerar first toured the press center, and then watched the second run.

The official speaker welcomed the Slovenian prime minister and his guest, and Serbia's skier Nevena Ignjatovic approached the officials, shook hands and gave Vucic an adequate present.

At the end of the race, Prime Minister Cerar granted the gold medal to Austria's skier Anna Fenninger who claimed the Golden Fox.

After the ceremony, the prime ministers toured the sport venue and talked with citizens.

On Friday, Vucic and Cerar presided over the meeting of the governments of the two countries at Brdo pri Kranju, and then attended the business forum in Ljubljana which brought together representatives of over 300 companies.

During his official visit, Vucic met on Friday with Slovenian President Borut Pahor, Parliament Speaker Milan Brglez and Ljubljana Mayor Zoran Jankovic.
