4th Athens Half Marathon to be held on May 3

The Athens Half Marathon, an international event open to all, will be held for the fourth consecutive year on May 3, 2015.

Runners of all ages from Greece and abroad will have the opportunity to participate in an ideal race in the heart of the Greek capital, which is full of significant historical buildings and sites.

The Athens Half Marathon is ideal for those who wish to test themselves before running a Marathon Race, as well as for the runners of shorter distances.

More than 18,000 runners are expected to participate in the event, which includes the Half Marathon Race, a 5km Road Race, a 3km Road Race and a 1000m Race for people with disabilities and Special Olympics athletes.
