Construction of residential towers to start in summer

CANNES - The construction of two 20-storey, 68,000 sq m residential towers as part of the Belgrade Waterfront project will start in the summer, Belgrade Mayor Sinisa Mali has announced in Cannes.

The towers, planned to be built in the first stage of the project, were presented on Wednesday at the Eagle Hills company booth at the 26th international Cannes real estate fair (MIPIM) in Cannes.

"Last year we presented the master plan and the concept of building the Belgrade Waterfront, and this year we made a big step forward, presenting the final design of two residential towers whose construction will start in the summer," Mali said.

Another tower, a shopping mall, a corporate building and a hotel will also be constructed immediately afterwards, which is the first stage of the project, he said.
