Belgrade Waterfront flats go on presale

BELGRADE - Flats in the two residential towers, which will be built as part of the Belgrade Waterfront project, go on presale on Monday, and a call for prospective buyers has been published in Belgrade-based daily Blic.

Citizens interested in purchasing the properties can register their interest on www.belgradewaterfront.com, filling in the questionnaire and thus providing some basic personal information such as their nationality and country of residence.

The building of the two 20-story residential towers, taking up an area of 68,000 square meters, will begin this summer.

The towers have recently been presented at the leading international real estate show (MIPIM) in Cannes, and the scale model of the two residential buildings will be on display at the BW Gallery in Belgrade's Karadjordjeva Street as from this week.
