Weather: Cloudy and Chilly in April

Cloudiness over Bulgaria will remain significant and there will be several regions across the country that will experience light rain and snow.

Meanwhile, winds across Eastern Bulgaria will diminish to moderate levels from the north-west, as announced by the National Institute for Meteorology and Hydrology.

Weather will remain cold in April with minimal temperatures between 0° C and 5° C, with maximums varying between 7°C and 12°C.

Cloudiness over the mountain regions will be substantial and snowfalls can be expected.

Winds will be mostly moderate coming from the north. Maximum temperatures at hights above 1,200 meteres will be around 1°, and over 2,000 - close to -5°.

Cloudiness over the Black Sea coast will be significant but no rainfall or snowfalls are expected. There, however, will be moderate north-western winds.
