Maxim Behar has again been elected as co-Chair of the Davos World Communications Forum Committee, an office he has assumed since 2013.

"The choice is a huge honor for Bulgaria and an incredible appraisal for the Bulgarian PR business, for all my colleagues," Mr Behar has said upon his reelection, which he has described as a "proof that the PR market in Bulgaria is developed enough," but also as a sign of the "respect which my colleagues from the Board have for us, the representatives of a relatively tiny Southeastern European country."

South African Minister of Communications Faith Muthambi and two business representatives from India and Hungary (Yogesh Joshi and Gabor Hegyi respectively) are to be the other co-Chairs.

Mr Behar will now represent Bulgaria in the Committee which also includes members from Austria, the UK, Poland, Spain, the Republic of South Africa, Hungary, Germany, Italy, Ukraine, Mexico, Russia, Malaysia, the US, India, Jordan, and China.

Currently he is also Vice President at the Board of Management of the International Communications Consultancy Organization (ICCO). He is the founder and CEO of Bulgarian PR company M3 Communications Group, Inc and also the President of the Prague office of US-based Hill+Knowlton Strategies. Mr Behar is also the Honorary Consul of the Republic of Seychelles to Bulgaria.
