"U.S. considered using nuclear arms in Afghanistan"

German Ambassador to India Michael Steiner has said that Washington considered a nuclear attack on Afghanistan after September 11.

A former adviser to German Chancellor Gerhard Schroeder said that all the documents were signed and waiting for the final decision.
