Vucic once again complains about having "worst phone"

Ahead of his meeting with top Chinese officials in Beijing on Thursday, Aleksandar Vucic met with Serbian students in Beijing, and complained about his phone.

The students, who have received scholarships from Huawei, heard from the the prime minister that he had "the worst phone in the world."
