Greek actress among the European Shooting Stars

European Film Promotion has unveiled its European Shooting Stars list of the top 10 young European actors and actresses picked as talents to watch.

Greek actress Daphne Patakia known for Yorgos Zois’Interruption and Constantine Giannaris’ Spring Awakening is among the ten most promising young performers.

Seven women and three men were picked by EFP’s jury as the best upcoming acting talents that Europe has to offer.

The 10 Shooting Stars will be presented over the opening weekend of the 2016 Berlin International Film Festival, which will be held from February 11 to 21.

The European Shooting Stars of are: Martha Canga Antonio (Belgium), Tihana Lazović (Croatia), Lou de Laâge (France), Jella Haase (Germany),Daphné Patakia (Greece), Atli Óskar Fjalarsson (Iceland), Sara Serraiocco (Italy), Reinout Scholten van Aschat(The Netherlands), María Valverde (Spain), Kacey Mottet Klein (Switzerland).
