Arrested! Scumbag forces naked wife to walk naked in Harlem, then makes more videos! (pics + vids)

The video showing a woman walking around the streets of New York naked went viral when it emerged. A man followed the naked woman berating her for being a “tart” and treating her in an appalling fashion. The video went viral with many dismissing it as a fake. Now, former UN worker Jason Melo, aged 24, has been identified as the scumbag who treated the 22-year-old terrified woman this way in front of her daughter, aged two.

The New York Daily News cited US police sources who say that he choked and beat the woman.

The woman walked naked onto the streets after being subjected to violence. He had alleged to kill her if she refused to strip then march into the streets of Harlem in New York. At first, she appeared with a towel that he proceeded to rip off her as he yelled foul abuse.

The reason for the humiliation was because she had been caught messaging seven other men, though she claims the messages had nothing to do with sex.

In the video, the former UN worker berated the woman in the Spanish language. He yelled: “Co-operate b****. Show what you are, so pretty and so great.” He also told onlookers, “She’s a tart. Let’s go. Let’s go. Say hi to the camera and say why you’re doing this.”

The humiliation was met with horror on social media when Jason posted the video on Instagram. He tried to justify his behavior: “Gentlemen, I didn’t want to do any harm to the lady, she’s the mother of my child. But the guy who left the message, she was cheating with him, he’s going to rent a room for her, she’s going to go live with him.”

Following the condemnation, Melo posted another video where he posted footage of himself crying with remorse and asking “all women for forgiveness”. “Maybe, I made a mistake, to do what I did, from the beginning to take her out naked.”

“If I could turn back time I wouldn’t do it. Because in my mind, so much has happened to me,” he says just before videoing himself surrendering to police.

Melo is due back in court of February 10.

The woman broke her silence speaking of a spiral of domestic violence. She says he threatened to slash her face and has photographs documenting the physical abuse.
