Second bomb threat in New Jersey schools in one week

Authorities on Friday were investigating bomb threats at several schools in New Jersey, in the county of Bergen, the county sheriff’s office said. Englewood, Paramus Catholic, Teaneck, Cliffside Park, Mahwah, Waldwick, Hackensack, Fort Lee and Oradell schools received threats, according to the sheriff’s office. This is the second time a bomb threat against schools in the area has taken place in the last week. After investigating the threats, police said it was a false alarm. Students in the schools were evacuated after the call came at 11 in the morning, Friday. All students were unharmed and were allowed back to their classrooms after authorities deemed it safe
