FIFA fined Kosovo, Croatia over "Kill the Serbs" chants by fans

BELGRADE - Football Federation of Kosovo (FFK) will have to pay 30,000 Swiss francs due to the improper conduct of fans at a match against Croatia.

Kosovo and Croatian fans chanted "Kill the Serb" during the match in a World Cup qualifier, played on 6 October in Skadar, Albania.

FIFA earlier today fined the Croatian Football Federation (HNS) with 50,000 Swiss francs for the same incident.

The match in Skadar was completed with a crushing victory of Croatia (6:0).

In 2012 The Serbian FA was fined $105,000 by UEFA following an Under-21 match where opposing England players said they were "racially abused". Stronger sanctions should have been taken against the Serbian Football Association, said at the time FIFA president Sepp Blatter — who also said that "zero tolerance" policies against racism need to be upheld.
