Vucic visits Delphi Packard plant in Novi Sad

NOVI SAD - Serbian PM Aleksandar Vucic on Friday took a tour of a Delphi Packard plant in Novi Sad, which manufactures electric and electronic equipment for passenger and commercial vehicles.

Accompanied by Delphi Vice-President for Europe, Middle East and Africa Vincent Fagard, Minister of Economy Goran Knezevic, Vojvodina PM Igor Mirovic and Novi Sad Mayor Milos Vucevic, Vucic was greeted by a large number of citizens who gathered at the gate of the factory complex.

The Novi Sad plant is looking to expand and add to its 1,500-strong workforce.

The Gillingham, UK-based Delphi Automotive PLC has factories in 44 countries worldwide.
