Serbia to play Turkey, Russia in EuroBasket group stage

ISTANBUL - The Serbia men's national basketball team was on Tuesday drawn to play Turkey, Russia, Latvia, Belgium and Great Britain in Group D of EuroBasket 2017 in Istanbul.

The draw ceremony was held in Istanbul, which will also host the final stage of the competition.

Poland, Greece, France, Iceland, Finland and Slovenia will make up Group A in Helsinki, with Ukraine, Israel, Lithuania, Georgia, Italy and Germany drawn to play in Group B in Tel Aviv.

Croatia, the Czech Republic, Spain, Montenegro, Romania and Hungary will play in Group C in Cluj.

EuroBasket 2017 will be held from August 31 to September 17, 2017.
