Li Rosi: Serbia should be included in any agreement

BELGRADE - Serbia should be included in any agreement on the migrant crisis, Angela Li Rosi, the UNHCR deputy head for Europe, said at a meeting with Nenad Ivanisevic, state secretary at the Serbian Ministry of Labour, Employment and Veteran and Social Affairs.

The migrant crisis is a European crisis - not one of the European Union, she explained.
