Nikolic: I have congratulated Vucic, I am not returning to SNS

BELGRADE - Outgoing Serbian President Tomislav Nikolic on Monday congratulated Aleksandar Vucic on his victory in the presidential elections, and announced he would "not be returning" to the Serbian Progressive Party (SNS).

Speaking to Sputnik, Nikolic said the elections had proceeded in the way he had hoped - in a fully democratic atmosphere - demonstrating the citizens' seriousness and a desire of the majority to decide about its destiny on its own.
