IMF: Improvement of Serbia's economy very encouraging

WASHINGTON - The positive marks Serbia has received for visible economic improvement are very encouraging, International Monetary Fund (IMF) delegation head James Roaf said at a meeting with Serbian Finance Minister Dusan Vujovic in Washington Friday.

The main topic of the meeting, held as part of the spring meetings of the IMF and the World Bank Group, was an analysis of implementation of structural reforms to date and key parameters of the upcoming seventh review under a precautionary arrangement, slated for end June and early July, the Finance Ministry said in a statement.
