Lavrov: Russia concerned over Haradinaj decision

MOSCOW - The release of former "Kosovo Liberation Army" leader Ramus Haradinaj is a politicised decision that is a testimony to Paris's double standards, Russian FM Sergey Lavrov has told Serbian PM Aleksandar Vucic.

Lavrov and Vucic spoke on the phone Thursday on the initiative of the Serbian side, Russia's Foreign Ministry said in a statement.
