Couple arrested in Thessaloniki over child exploitation

A 45-year-old mother and her 54-year-old partner were arrested on Saturday morning in Thessaloniki after they allowed a 23-year-old man to sexually abuse her daughter, aged between 12 and 14, on numerous occasions in exchange for money.

The abuse took place in the couple's apartment in the suburb of Neapoli. All three adults were to appear before a prosecutor over the weekend.
