First Belgrade Waterfront residential building opened

The first residential building within the Belgrade Waterfront residential and commercial complex saw first apartment owners move in on Saturday.

The ceremony was attended by Prime Minister Ana Brnabic and President Aleksandar Vucic, the Serbian government announced.

On that occasion, Brnabic, Minister of Finance Sinisa Mali, Belgrade Mayor Zoran Radojicic, Eagle Hills Director Mohamed Alabbar and Director of the Belgrade Waterfront company Nikola Nedeljkovic cut the ribbon.

With the construction of BW Residences the first phase of the project has been completed. The tower is 20 floors high and has 296 apartments, ranging from two to five-bedroom apartments.

The building also features swimming pools for children and adults, a gym with most modern equipment, a playroom for children and a reception.
