Serbian president on working visit to France

Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic will be on a visit to Paris on July 16-17 at the invitation of French President Emmanuel Macron.

The press office of the Serbian president announced this, Tanjug reported on Monday.

During the working visit, Vucic and Macron will discuss bilateral relations, in particular economic cooperation between the two countries, the situation in the region - with particular focus on the Belgrade-Pristina dialogue - as well as Serbia's European integration.

After the meeting, Macron will organize a working lunch for Vucic at the Elysee Palace. Later the two officials will address the public, the Serbian president's press service said.

Also on Monday, Vucic congratulated France on winning the football World Cup, played this year in Russia. The Serbian president also congratulated the runners-up, Croatia, and Belgium, which took the bronze.
