Trump Campaign Associate Attends Dodik Rally in Bosnia

Former Trump campaign associate Landon Tucker Davis attended an election campaign rally held by the Alliance of Independent Social Democrats, SNSD, the leading political party in Bosnia's Serb-dominated entity Republika Srpska, on Monday evening in the Bosnian town of Derventa.

The US election expert sat on the same table as the SNSD leader and Republika Srpska President Milorad Dodik, a candidate for the Serb membership of the Bosnian tripartite presidency in October's polls.

Also at the table with Davis and Dodik was Republika Srpska Prime Minister Zeljka Cvijanovic, who is now running for the Bosnian Serb presidency.

During the US presidential race, Davis worked closely with Jason Osborne and Mike Rubino, who are US political experts and former Trump campaign associates. Both were hired in June this year to be the SNSD's lobbyists in the US.

Davis was one of numerous people engaged in Trump's presidential campaign but was not listed among the key players in the process, as a web page showing the organisation of the Trump campaign for the election illustrates.

Osborne and Rubino, former associates of Trump's former campaign manager Corey Lewandowski, established the company Twin Rocks Global on July 13. Twelve days later, they were registered as official lobbyists for the SNSD.

Their job, according to a disclosure filed with the US Justice Department, is to carry out unspecified "strategic guidance and counsel with regard to government affairs and public relations activity within the US" for the SNSD.

Dodik has hopes that Trump will rescind sanctions imposed on him by the US Treasury in early 2017. He has said that the sanctions were the work of Barack Obama's administration.
