Turkish envoy to Uganda recalled after wearing Roman costume in ceremony

Turkish Ambassador to Uganda Sedef Yavuzalp was summoned to Ankara after footage of Republic Day reception on Oct. 29 drew a public criticism over her unusual choice of attire, Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu said on Nov. 3.
