PM Dancila: Saint Andrew's Day - symbolic moment when Christian spiritual unity meets state unity

Prime Minister Viorica Dancila said in a message on Saint Andrew's Day that this moment is one when the Christian spiritual unity and the Romanian state unity meet and blend symbolically.

"This year, with more emotion than ever, due to the historical context we have the privilege to witness right now, we are celebrating Saint Andrew's Day, the First-called, Romania's Protector. A few days ago, they consecrated the People's Salvation Cathedral, which is a great achievement of Romania and a special monument, which has Saint Andrew as its protector, the Apostle of our people. And tomorrow we celebrated 100 years since the Greater Union of 1918. This is a moment when the Christian spiritual unity and the state unity of the Romanian people meet and blend symbolically, strengthening our believe in the national destiny of Romania under the best auspices. On this special occasion, I will all Romanians a celebration full of joy and to those who celebrate their name to see all their wishes come true!
