What Europe needs is THINK

Trade wars, Brexit, hybrid warfare, migration, climate change. USA, China, Russia. UN, IMF, AIIB. G7, G20, 16+1 Platform. It’s almost 2019 and the European Union tries to keep the balance while seeking common answers to complex global challenges. Among them is the rising economic and political power of China and its interest in Central and Eastern Europe, manifested through the 16+1 Platform, a platform for cooperation between China, the “plus one”, and “the sixteen” Central and Eastern European countries, including Slovenia.
