Official: Lubo Penev is the New Coach of CSKA Sofia Taking over from El Maestro

CSKA Sofia have hired former Bulgaria boss Lubo Penev as their new coach to replace Nestor El Maestro, who left the job by mutual consent, the Bulgarian club said on Friday, reports Reuters.
