US Sen. Menendez urges Tsipras to recognize Guaido

After U.S. Rep. Mike Bilirakis, now Sen. Bob Menendez (D-NJ), the top Democrat at the Senate's  Committee on Foreign Relations, has sent Greek PM Alexis Tsipras a letter urging him to recognize Juan Guaido as the Interim President of Venezuela.
