All Bulgarian Companies at Gulfood in Dubai Negotiate Deals, Two Signed, 20 Expect more than 1 Contract

All 31 Bulgarian food companies that participated in this year's Gulfood International Exhibition have negotiated export deals for their produce. As a result of the negotiations, 20 Bulgarian companies-exhibitors or 65% expect more than one direct distribution contract. The survey, conducted by BSMEPA, shows that 11 participants or 35% of the participants expect at least 1 transaction, which shows that all companies will export at the exhibition.

Conegliano announced that they had 3 proposals for representation.
Another participant of the Bulgarian exhibitors, Makler, also concluded an export contract with the Emirates.
All companies have expressed interest in participating in Gulfood in the forthcoming editions as well as other events organized by the Agency.

The total number of meetings of Bulgarian participants with foreign partners is 1170, which is an average of 38 per company, according to data from the Executive Agency for Promotion of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (EASPM). The joint activity discussed during the talks is entirely for the export of Bulgarian goods.
