Bulgarian Stock Exchange Approved the First Company Adviser for the SME Growth Market

Bulgarian Stock Exchange approved the first company adviser for the BEAM SME Growth Market. This is the investment intermediary Aval In Jsc. It will advise and assist small and medium-sized companies in their process of listing on the Growth Market and in their life as traded companies afterwards. Aval In operates on the capital market in our country for 25 years.

The Special Advisers are actively involved in preparing the necessary documents for admission to the BEAM market so that companies can comply with market rules and applicable legislation. Active interaction between counselors and companies continues after consultation with disclosure and financial reporting obligations. Any company that wants to raise capital on the BEAM market needs to sign a contract with an advisor approved by the BSE for at least two years.

There is serious requirements, considering the counselors, regarding their competence and experience in financial market operations. Advisors are usually companies that carry out some of the following activities: investment services; business consultancy; audit or tax services; making evaluations; financial and legal analysis; consultations on merger, acquisition or restructuring transactions.
