People in the UK are stashing food and other goods because of fear of chaos in stores after March 29, ABC wrote.

Warnings that the so-called "hard-brexit," which means the UK's exit from the European Union without a conditional agreement, makes many people to hoard supplies.

Kantar Worldpanel, a consumer-focused consumer research firm, says 10% of UK supermarket customers have begun planning or are already taking action.

The largest percentage of overbuyers, 61.5%, bought more food than they needed. With toilet paper, 47% was overloaded. A little less than 45% - with medicines.
