Haradinaj says Vucic and Mogherini have been sidelined

The Kosovo prime minister said that he "managed to transfer the main issues on Kosovo" back to Pristina from the the table of the EU foreign policy chief and the Serbian president.

According to Haradinaj, he canceled Pristina's decision to hand over that power to Mogherini and Vucic.
"This was difficult, to change the course of some things without angering anyone, but, luckily we managed to do it without great damage, or as the people would say: without a thorn in the foot," he said.
