Vlhova takes Golden Fox slalom and overall trophy

Vlhova secured her 14th career win with an aggressive second run, attacking from fourth after the first. Sweden's Anna Swenn Larsson, who had the best first half of the race, was well on her way to beating Vlhova, but crashed just a few gates before the finish line.

"I felt like at home, there were really many Slovak fans here...It was very warm today and in the second run the conditions were already poorer. I don't know what happened in the first run, I wasn't my old self and it made me angry...In the final I was skiing on the very limit, which is a condition for winning anyway," Vlhova said after the race, while addmitting Anna Swenn Larsson had already had the win in her pocket.
