Police searching for missing man on Mt Hymettus

Police officers and firefighters on Thursday were searching for a man who went missing in the area of Mt Hymettus in southeastern Athens on Wednesday.

The man, aged about 50, went for a walk in the area on Wednesday and never returned, police sources said.

There service sent six people with three vehicles to assist the search efforts.
