Open Kitchen spicing up life in the capital

This season, the popular event, taking place in Pogačar Square, will be held not only every Friday, as was the case in the past, but twice a week, also on Thursdays.

Visitors will be able to indulge in barbecue meat, Mediterranean cuisine, vegan burgers and sweets as well as various beverages.

Alma and Lior Kochavy, Open Kitchen co-founders, are glad that the event will once again serve as a platform for numerous restaurants to showcase their delicacies and a way to revive the city centre, particularly in the light of the social and economic ramifications of the coronavirus epidemic.

The preventive measures include reduced capacity of tables and seats and increased distance between individual stalls. Surfaces will be regularly disinfected and hand sanitizers provided. Self-service is no longer an option and cashless payments are encouraged.
