Boosting the blue economy to save the planet

In Greece there is an obvious reason for transporting domestic products by sea under sail and not by motorboats: respect for the environment. The bonus reason - for those doing the transporting - is the magical sea experience. More about the unique Aegean Cargo Sailing project was shared with us by its "soul," Loucas Gourtsoyannis.

The words and phrases that briefly outline the character and purposes of Aegean Cargo Sailing are: renewable energy, commercial sailing, sustainability, ecology, love for the sea, philhellenism. As for the key man, he answers to the name of Loucas Gourtsoyannis.
