Share Your Experience: Childbirth and the Labor Issues

The key things we want to know:

• What type of complication did you or your family member experience during labor?
• What type of life-threatening complications occurred?
• What was the cause?
• How was the medical treatment?
• Did you need to file a lawsuit or complaint?

What do we consider to be complications during labor?

• Excessive loss of blood (mother)
• Child died or nearly died
• Mother died or nearly died

Things to note:

We will not publish any documents or names without prior consent and we do not plan to use specific examples, but rather show more general, systemic problems. Your responses are secure and encrypted.

Your stories will be used to help us with an ongoing investigation.
