The director of RHMZ revealed: It is known when the snow will stop falling

In most lower areas, snow cover of 10 to 25 cm is expected, and in hilly and mountainous areas over 30 cm, while snow weakening is expected during the night, according to the director of the Republic Hydro-meteorological Institute (RHMZ), Professor Jugoslav Nikolic.
Particularly heavy precipitation is expected during the day in the mountains of western and central Serbia, as well as in the area of Homoljski and Kucajski mountains, where about 50 centimeters of new snow can fall locally, it is stated on the Facebook page of RHMZ.
A strong north wind will blow, which will reach stormy strength in some places, with the creation of snow deposits. The smallest snow cover is expected in the northwest of Serbia - in the north and west of Backa, in the lower parts of the Negotin and Timok regions, as well as in the extreme southeast of Serbia.
Windy weather with snow remains in the area of Belgrade today. The height of the snow cover in the lower parts of the city will range from 15 to 25, and in the higher parts about 30 centimeters, and on Avala and Kosmaj about 40 centimeters of snow, locally and more.
Snow is expected to weaken during the night, while it will be cloudy on Monday, with occasional snow of much lower intensity, with a smaller increase in the height of the snow cover. Only in the area of Vojvodina will there be a partial clearing, "Kurir" reported.
