Dodik threatens Germans: "We will retaliate"

Speaking about the property, Dodik said in an interview with Belgrade's "Politika" that the Bosnia-Herzegovina's Constitutional Court has no right to determine ownership because it was resolved by the Dayton Agreement.
He announced that laws will be passed that will confirm that Republika Srpska is the owner of property on its territory.
"I can announce appeals to the Constitutional Court, but we are moving towards one day regulating those issues and deciding that the decisions of that court will not be accepted in the Republika Srpska," he said.
Dodik assessed that everything Republika Srpska keeps doing is defending Dayton Agreement, and that it is neither naive nor hasty in that defense.
"We will resolve the property quickly. As well as the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of BiH. Such a council will soon be re-established in the Republika Srpska," he said.
He added that they will try to understand the moment when it comes to the army, because there are many who say that it is problematic for them.
"Well, it is problematic for us as well. Let the military potentials be halved, costs be reduced, in order to direct that money to the entity accounts to solve social issues," he suggested, adding that the army remains a parade organization.
He added that there is nothing sensitive regarding SIPA and OSA, and that laws will be prepared, normative preparations will be reported and a moment must be chosen that must be coordinated with finances.
"If we would take over all our people from the joint bodies, which is about 7.000 employees, we need about 130 million euros. We give that much for the joint budget. When we arrange things, we will first withdraw that money to Republika Srpska," he said.
