Petkovic: International law is there to stop little bullies like Kurti

BELGRADE - The head of the Serbian government Office for Kosovo-Metohija Petar Petkovic said on Wednesday international law was the only determinant of the status of Kosovo-Metohija.

"The fact Albin Kurti is doggedly trying to present the NATO aggression on the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia or the unilateral declaration of independence of Kosovo-Metohija as irrevocable and binding facts confirms that both he and politically like-minded individuals are removed from reality and that they believe the law of force is stronger than the force of law," Petkovic said in an statement released by the Office.

In terms of international law, Kosovo-Metohija has nothing to do with Kurti's perception of reality or the desires of separatists in Pristina because the UN and the majority of countries of the world do not recognise the territory as a state, but as an autonomous province...
