Serbian public debt at 32.29 bln euros at end-November

BELGRADE - Serbia's public debt totalled 32.29 bln euros at the end of November 2022, accounting for 53.5 pct of gross GDP, according to figures released by the Ministry of Finance.

In the period between January and November, the budget deficit stood at 81 bln dinars, with revenues totalling 1,519.1 bln dinars and expenditures at 1,600.1 bln.

In November, the deficit amounted to 106.3 bln dinars and revenues totalled 137.5 bln dinars, including 120.9 bln dinars of tax revenues.

At 64.4 bln dinars, VAT revenues accounted for the majority of tax revenues, and were followed by excise tax revenues (29 bln) and corporate tax revenues (12.1 bln dinars).

Non-tax revenues stood at 15.7 bln dinars and donations totalled 0.9 bln dinars.
