In a statement to Tanjug, EU spokesperson Peter Stano said Lajcak would first visit Pristina for a meeting with Albin Kurti and then travel to Belgrade to meet with Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic.
The discussion will be about the next steps in the process of normalisation between Serbia and Kosovo, Stano said, adding that Lajcak would be accompanied by Escobar and political advisers of the French president, the German chancellor and the Italian PM.
Stano added that the visit was a part of EU efforts towards progress in the dialogue.
