Vucic meets with special envoys

BELGRADE - Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic met with five special envoys from the EU, US, Germany, France and Italy in Belgrade on Friday afternoon.

The meeting is being held at Vila Mir.

EU special representative for the Belgrade-Pristina dialogue Miroslav Lajcak, US special Western Balkans envoy Gabriel Escobar, the foreign policy aides of the French president and the German chancellor - Emmanuel Bonne and Jens Plotner - and the diplomatic adviser to the Italian PM, Francesco Talo, arrived in Belgrade from Pristina earlier in the day.

After their meeting with Pristina's PM Albin Kurti, Lajcak said they had expected more understanding from Kurti for a proposal for normalisation of Belgrade-Pristina relations.
