Explosive device goes off in Menidi yard

Am improvised incendiary device was placed in a yard in the Athens neighborhood of Menidi in the early hours of Thursday morning, going off at approximately 5 a.m.

According to the Hellenic Police, the explosion damaged the house and two parked cars nearby.

An investigation is ongoing
