Mali: New stadium, fair grounds to change face of Belgrade

BELGRADE - Serbian Finance Minister Sinisa Mali said on Friday he had earlier in the day had another in a series of operational meetings on the construction of a national stadium and new fair grounds in Belgrade with representatives of the companies, institutions and contractors involved.
