Election projects

A bizarre phenomenon is observed everywhere in Greece: Numerous infrastructure projects and window dressing works under the auspices of the local government happen to mature at the same time, a few days before the municipal elections. 

This "coincidence" is not only insulting to voters' intelligence. It is also hinders their daily life as it burdens traffic, especially in the city. And it is definitely a sign of political primitivism.
