Germany: Lufthansa suspends flights to Amman and Erbil amid Middle East tensions
German airline Lufthansa announced today that it will avoid the airspace of Iran, Iraq, and Jordan until October 2 amid the escalating armed conflict in the Middle East by suspending flights to and from Amman and Erbil.
A journalist for the US news website Axios reported earlier in a post on Platform X, citing a well-informed source, that Iran was expected to attack Israel with ballistic missiles that would take about 12 minutes to reach their targets, rather than drones or cruise missiles that would take longer.
