Vucic thanks CERN representatives for cordial welcome

GENEVA - Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic, who is attending the CERN (European Organisation for Nuclear Research) 70th anniversary ceremony in Geneva, thanked the organisation's representatives for a cordial welcome.

"Grateful to the kind hosts for a cordial welcome, it is with great impatience that I am awaiting a presentation by CERN Director General Fabiola Gianotti, who will be speaking to us about the future of the world's largest scientific laboratory," Vucic wrote in an Instagram post.

Earlier, Vucic toured the Large Hadron Collider, a giant particle accelerator situated in Cessy near the French-Swiss border.
